Nansen Reviews
Wallet analysis with labelled addresses: tracks what large market participants do on-chain — with no free tier.
Nansen Rating
Our Opinion
Nansen's distinguishing feature is labelled wallets. Millions of addresses are attributed to actors — funds, exchanges, protocols, conspicuously successful traders. That turns an anonymous transaction into readable information: not that address 0x… is buying, but what kind of actor is moving.
The remaining features build on that: token analysis, NFT analytics, DeFi insights, alerts on larger movements and a wallet profiler. For users who want to follow capital flows of large addresses, this is the most specialised preparation in the comparison.
Access is the biggest hurdle: there is no permanently free tier, and entry runs through demo or trial access. Plan tiers and pricing change several times a year in practice and should be checked directly with the provider before subscribing. There is also a methodological limitation worth knowing: address labels are the provider's attributions, not confirmed identities — and the fact that a successful address is buying is not a recommendation to act.
