Glassnode Reviews
Institutional-grade on-chain analysis: entity and UTXO metrics, miner data and exchange flows — demanding and paid.
Glassnode Rating
Our Opinion
Glassnode answers questions a price chart cannot. How much Bitcoin sits with long-term holders? Are coins flowing onto exchanges or away from them? What does the profit and loss picture across the market look like? Analysis runs at entity level — addresses are grouped into economic actors, which raises the signal considerably over raw address statistics.
The offering targets advanced users. The free tier is enough to look around but is limited to basic metrics and a very short slice of history — and with on-chain analysis, history is where the value sits. Full data history and API access are reserved for the paid tiers. Plan tiers and pricing change several times a year in practice and should be checked directly with the provider before subscribing.
There is no mobile app: Glassnode is a desk tool. Anyone unable to interpret the metrics cleanly pays for data they will not use, so working through the research material first is worthwhile.
