Bitpanda has opened a new prize draw that puts one lucky user in the stands for an entire season. The prize is two General Admission tickets to every home league match of one Bitpanda-sponsored club: FC Bayern München, AC Milan, Arsenal or FC Basel. Entry costs nothing extra beyond a single 50 euro investment on the Bitpanda Broker, but the window is short and closes on 24 August 2026. Here is exactly how the promotion works, which promo code you need, and the terms that actually matter.

What is the Bitpanda Home Game Tickets promotion?

The Bitpanda Home Game Tickets promotion is a prize draw in which one randomly selected user wins two General Admission tickets to every home domestic league match of a Bitpanda-sponsored football club for the entire 2026/27 season.

The campaign is branded "The Stands Await". It ties directly into the company's football sponsorship portfolio, which now covers FC Basel as main sponsor, AC Milan, FC Bayern Munich, and Arsenal, where Bitpanda became Official Crypto Trading Partner in August 2025.

Only one winner is drawn. There is no tiered prize structure, no runner-up rewards and no cash alternative. The draw is administered by Bitpanda itself, and the Arsenal option in particular is explicitly not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Arsenal Football Club.

When does the Bitpanda football ticket giveaway start and end?

The promotion started on 10 August 2026 at 12:00 CEST and ends on 24 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST, with the winner notified by email on 25 August 2026.

That leaves a genuinely tight window. If you are reading this on publication day, you have roughly one week to opt in and complete your qualifying trade. Both the opt-in and the 50 euro purchase must happen inside the promotion period. Doing one without the other does not count, and completing the trade before you opt in does not count either.

Bitpanda also reserves the right to change or end the promotion at any time, which is standard language but worth noting if you plan to leave it until the final hours.

Which clubs can you pick, and what exactly do the tickets cover?

The winner chooses one club from FC Bayern München, AC Milan, Arsenal or FC Basel, and receives two tickets per home match in that club's domestic league only.

This is the single most important detail in the terms, and it is where most readers will misread the offer. The tickets cover the Bundesliga, Serie A, the Premier League or the Swiss Super League depending on your pick. They do not cover:

⚽ Cup competitions (DFB-Pokal, Coppa Italia, FA Cup, Swiss Cup)
🏆 UEFA Champions League or Europa League fixtures
🤝 Friendlies and pre-season matches
✈️ Any away match

The reward is the tickets and nothing else. Travel, flights, transport, hotels, meals and every other cost sit with the winner. If you live in Beirut and pick Arsenal, you are covering 19 round trips to North London yourself. For most entrants, FC Basel or FC Bayern will be the realistic pick only if you are already in the DACH region.

Bitpanda also accepts no liability if a match is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or moved, and there is no compensation or replacement in those cases. Resale of the tickets is prohibited, and Bitpanda can revoke them if it detects a breach.

How do you enter the Bitpanda promotion step by step?

To enter, you must be a fully verified Bitpanda client, opt in via in-app stories or a club promo code, and then buy at least 50 euros of an eligible asset on the Bitpanda Broker during the promotion period.

The flow splits depending on whether you already have an account.

If you are new to Bitpanda:

  1. Create your account and complete identity verification
  2. Open your profile by tapping your name at the top of the app
  3. Scroll down and select "Got a promo code?"
  4. Enter the promo code for your chosen club and tap "Redeem Code"
  5. Invest at least 50 euros in any eligible asset before 24 August 2026

If you already have a Bitpanda account:

Join through the relevant in-app stories, then complete the same 50 euro qualifying transaction. Email opt-in also counts as a valid entry route.

Which Bitpanda promo code belongs to which club?

Each of the four clubs has its own dedicated promo code, and the code you redeem determines nothing about the draw itself, only how you opt in.

🔴 BAYERN26 for FC Bayern München
🔴 ARSENAL26 for Arsenal
🔵 BASEL26 for FC Basel
ACMILAN26 for AC Milan

The terms state the winner chooses their club at the point of winning, so the code is primarily an opt-in and attribution mechanism rather than a binding club selection. Redeem one code, not several.

Which trades count toward the 50 euro minimum?

Qualifying purchases must be made on the Bitpanda Broker and can include crypto-assets (excluding EURCV), stocks, ETFs, ETCs and M-Token.

What is explicitly excluded is more useful to know:

❌ Any volume traded before you opted in
❌ Transactions on Bitpanda Fusion
❌ Opening or closing Bitpanda Leverage positions (L-Token)
❌ Margin Trading
❌ Bitpanda Cash Plus

ETCs and ETFs are not available in Switzerland, which matters if you are a Swiss user planning to back FC Basel. In that case, stick to crypto, stocks or M-Token for your qualifying trade.

The 50 euro threshold is a purchase minimum, not a deposit minimum. You need to actually execute the trade, not just fund the account.

Who cannot take part in the Bitpanda giveaway?

UK residents are excluded for regulatory reasons, along with institutional clients, market makers, Bitpanda Enterprise users, and Bitpanda employees and their immediate family.

The UK exclusion is the one that will catch the most readers off guard, since Arsenal is one of the four clubs on offer. Bitpanda clients resident in the United Kingdom cannot enter, even though a Premier League club sits in the prize pool.

Bitpanda can also disqualify anyone it suspects of tampering with the entry process, colluding with other participants, breaching the terms, or providing inaccurate information. A dead or mistyped email address on your account is grounds for disqualification too, which is worth checking before you enter.

What happens after the promotion ends?

One winner is drawn at random after 24 August 2026 and contacted by email on 25 August 2026, with only 36 hours to respond before the prize passes to an alternate.

That 36 hour clock is unusually short. If you enter, watch the inbox associated with your Bitpanda account on 25 and 26 August. Bitpanda takes no responsibility for undeliverable emails, and non-response counts as a refusal. If the first winner does not reply, an alternate participant is drawn, and the process repeats until someone is confirmed.

There is no substitution and no cash equivalent, although Bitpanda reserves the right to swap the prize for something of equal or greater value if there is an objective reason to do so.

Is the Bitpanda football ticket giveaway worth entering?

It is worth entering if you were already planning to buy crypto or stocks on Bitpanda, since the entry cost is a trade you would have made anyway, but it is not a reason to invest money you had not already allocated.

The honest framing is this. The prize is genuinely large in monetary terms. A full season of Bundesliga or Premier League home tickets for two people runs into four figures at face value, and considerably more at market rates. But it is a single winner drawn from what will likely be a very large entrant pool, and the odds are correspondingly slim.

The 50 euro qualifying purchase is a real investment, not a fee. It stays yours, subject to market movement. That is the key distinction from a paid raffle. If you hold an existing DCA plan on Bitpanda or you were about to top up a position, opting in first is close to free optionality. If you were not planning to trade at all, treat the giveaway as marketing rather than an opportunity.

One practical note for anyone outside Western Europe: think about the travel maths before you pick a club. A season of home tickets you cannot realistically attend is worth far less than the headline suggests, and the terms bar you from reselling them.
