How this number is produced
The number of unconfirmed transactions waiting in the mempool and their data volume, plus the next difficulty adjustment and the number of blocks until it.
What it does not say
Every node keeps its own mempool; these figures come from one provider’s nodes and may differ elsewhere. A full mempool means high fees, not that the network is malfunctioning.
