The sensible premium Ledger: clearly cheaper than the Stax with the same touch-based signing experience. If you want a bigger screen than the Nano series offers, this is currently the best compromise in Ledger's line-up.
Solid, but superseded by its own successor: the Safe 5 adds a secure element and a more modern interface, often at a comparable price. The Model T mainly makes sense if you find it discounted.
