LINK Price Prediction: Can Chainlink’s ETF Push LINK Toward $100?
Bitwise has filed for a Chainlink ETF. Can this move help push LINK from $23 all the way to $100?
Chainlink just got one step closer to Wall Street. Bitwise Asset Management has filed for a Chainlink ETF designed to track LINK’s spot price, giving traditional investors direct access to one of the most important tokens in decentralized finance. The filing skips staking rewards to keep the structure simple, but the impact on market sentiment is already being felt. LINK price, which is trading around $23 after a sharp rally this summer, now faces a bigger question: could an ETF push it toward $100, or is this just another short-term hype cycle?
Why the Bitwise Chainlink ETF Matters?
Bitwise Asset Management has officially filed an S-1 with the SEC for a Chainlink ETF. This would allow U.S. investors to gain direct exposure to LINK’s spot price without managing wallets or crypto exchanges. The structure is straightforward: Coinbase Custody as the custodian, Coinbase, Inc. as prime execution agent, and no staking involved. That last part is key—Bitwise isn’t adding yield through validator participation, meaning the ETF is purely a spot price tracker.
The absence of staking might sound limiting, but it actually simplifies regulatory acceptance. The SEC recently signaled that staking rewards do not automatically classify as securities transactions, yet Bitwise seems to be playing it ultra-safe. By avoiding staking, the product lowers potential compliance hurdles, increasing the odds of approval.
This ETF news adds Chainlink to the same growing roster as Avalanche and Ethereum, as Wall Street looks beyond Bitcoin for single-asset crypto products. For LINK, this institutional gateway could be a catalyst for significant capital inflows.
LINK Price Prediction: Current LINK Price Action

On the daily chart, LINK price is trading near $23.68 after a recent pullback from $25.32. This correction comes right after a sharp multi-week rally that saw LINK break above $20 resistance for the first time in months.
The Bollinger Bands are wide, showing volatility has expanded, but LINK is still above the middle band at $23.34, which acts as short-term support. The 20-day SMA near $21 provides another cushion if selling pressure continues. On the upside, pivot resistance sits at $27.95, while a breakout above $30 could quickly bring back memories of the 2021 rally.
In other words, Chainlink price has pulled back from its highs but is still holding a bullish structure. A close below $21 would weaken momentum, while holding above $23 keeps the uptrend intact.
LINK Price Prediction: Can LINK Reach $100?
Let’s put the numbers in perspective. LINK’s all-time high is $52 from May 2021. A move to $100 would require roughly a 325% gain from today’s $23 range. That’s steep, but not unthinkable in crypto—especially when new ETF inflows and the tokenization narrative are considered.
Institutional demand could act as a multiplier. If the ETF gains traction similar to Bitcoin and Ethereum products, LINK price could see billions in new inflows. Combine that with Chainlink’s growing dominance as the go-to oracle provider for tokenized assets and DeFi, and the path to $100 becomes a question of “when” rather than “if.”
Still, it won’t happen overnight. Short-term, LINK needs to reclaim $30 and then $40 to build momentum toward its all-time high. Only after retesting $52 successfully could a $100 target enter realistic conversation.
Near-Term Outlook
The chart suggests LINK price may consolidate between $21 and $27 in the coming weeks. If ETF optimism builds and buyers defend the $21–23 zone, a breakout toward $30–35 is possible by Q4. On the flip side, a breakdown under $20 would risk a slide back toward $16 support.
In the mid to long term, the ETF filing shifts sentiment in LINK’s favor. Unlike hype-driven pumps, this is structural: it brings regulatory legitimacy and institutional liquidity. For investors, this ETF represents a turning point. For Chainlink price, it may be the bridge that eventually takes it beyond $52—and sets up the run toward $100.
