The Forge is an immersive, Tamagotchi-inspired game where players cultivate their forge and ensure their HV mech’s health and wellbeing. The platform enables players to cast their votes for the forges that deserve “amp” rewards.
Eligibility for HV-MTL Forge
As of now, only the HV-MTL NFT holders can enjoy the full experience of this browser-based game. HV-MTL owners have the privilege to “delegate” their NFTs to another Ethereum wallet, allowing friends to join the game. Each HV-MTL NFT can be delegated to multiple wallets, but only one can interact with it at any given moment.
Non-players will not let their NFTs “evolve,” and currently, the game does not allow participation without owning one of the NFTs or managing a delegated wallet. A limited version of the Forge is planned for non-holders, but the complete features and gameplay will remain exclusive to the NFT holders.
Understanding the Gameplay of HV-MTL Forge
In HV-MTL Forge, players will construct their unique forges, or workshops, and earn votes from peers to receive amps. Earning three or more amps allows players to upgrade their mech NFT to its next level, with a maximum of six amps to be earned.

Players will use blueprints to create tiles and decorative items for their forges. Each tile, once placed, is permanent and can only be destroyed, not moved. Tiles have levels that can be upgraded through interaction.
Interacting with HV-MTL Forge
Your HV-MTL is more than just a gaming tool—it requires care and attention. Like a virtual pet, actions such as petting your HV, allowing it to sleep, cleaning up after it, and opening portals ensure it remains content. This nurturing behavior will provide additional benefits such as increased speed, energy rewards, and improved working speed.
Six weeks into the game, players who have garnered enough Amps can look forward to a dungeon-crawling adventure known as “Rifts”.
HV-MTL Forge Rift: The Ultimate Challenge
Nine weeks into the game, or by August 31, the Forge game dynamics will expand to include Rift challenges. Here, chosen mech NFT owners will enter a new game mode—the “dungeon crawler.”
In Rifts, players will craft equipment, explore, and seek rewards to progress to the game’s final stage. According to Yuga’s Forge Game Guide, select players will battle “epic beasts” in the ultimate game stage, racing against time to secure the mysterious “treasure.”
The HV-MTL Forge Timeline
The HV-MTL Forge is scheduled for an 18-week run, commencing on June 29. The game is divided into six seasons, each lasting three weeks. After completing the six-season cycle, the HV-MTL Forge will end its run, similar to its predecessor, Dookey Dash.
